Two more batches of cookies are ready for the freezer. Tonight I was able to bake Toll House cookies and peanut butter chip cookies. When given the choice my family likes peanut butter chip cookies over traditional peanut butter cookies. Rather then making the chocolate peanut butter cookie recommended on the package, I use the Toll House recipe substituting peanut butter chips for the chocolate chips.
